The project is operated by a single person across all stages, including model design, Live2D, overlay graphics, PV video editing, and other related production elements.
Work Guidelines
Single-person operation
All outputs are handled by one person without support departments, so completion dates cannot be guaranteed in every case.
Work progresses based on sustainable timing
Work moves forward when the operator is physically and mentally ready, to maintain quality and long-term balance.
Updates are not on a fixed schedule
Updates are published when there is concrete progress, so information remains accurate and useful.
Agreement for Interested Collaborators
- Be able to accept waiting periods without guaranteed timelines
- Communicate with understanding and mutual respect
- Avoid rushing or pressure that harms quality and operator well-being
